ABSTRACT
Prader-Willi syndrome is a rare genetic disease whose oral manifestations may arouse the interest of dentists in relation to treatment methods and options. This article classifies the oral symptoms into tooth development disorders, symptoms associated with caries and non-carious lesions, disorders related to salivation and oral microflora, and periodontal disease.
