ABSTRACT
Transcranial direct current stimulation in migraine
This is the next of a series of three review articles presenting the state of the art in transcranial and peripheral neuromodulation in the treatment and prevention of migraine attacks. The first article discussed the use of non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of migraine. This article presents the use of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) in the prevention of migraine.
