ABSTRACT
Complications in endodontics during and after the final filling of root canals
The effectiveness of endodontic treatment at the stage of root canal obturation depends on such factors as the characteristics of the obturation material, canal filling technique, the dentist’s skills and tooth anatomy. The obturation procedure is susceptible to a number of complications that may cause serious health problems to the patient. Based on a literature review, this article presents complications that may arise during and after the obturation of root canals.
