ABSTRACT

A small painting on a lip facing the vestibule is a trending fashion in the bodily embellishment technique known as body art. However, not everyone is aware of the many associated dangers. This article presents the most common complications that may follow a tattooing session and that a dental practitioner attending to patients with such ornamentation needs to be aware of.
